The “Strong Roots: Foundations Series” is a three-part workshop series designed to help families strengthen relationships, reduce stress, and support their children. Each session highlights practical, easy-to-use tools for everyday life.
This series is welcoming, flexible, and low-pressure. Families can attend one or all workshops based on their needs. It is a judgment-free space where parents and caregivers can learn, connect, and grow together.
🌿 Purpose:
To help parents build strong family foundations through stress management, communication, and intentional family routines.
By the end of the 3 workshops, participants will be able to:
- Strengthen Relationships
Identify and apply at least three strategies to improve communication and connection at home - Manage Stress Effectively
Demonstrate at least one practical stress-management technique - Create Family Balance
Develop a simple family plan or routine that supports connection and reduces stress
